We are looking for a Senior Pattern Maker.
Senior Pattern Maker - Responsable Bureau d'Etudes réf : SPM/BD
Your mission : In our Production Unit based in DHAKA (Bengladesh), you are in charge of the products development and you are responsible for the industrialization in terms of technical aspects, time-schedule, and fitting. You help our 4 pattern makers in the elaboration of the more complexe products. You control and approve the samples before sending them to our offices in Lille, Hong-Kong, Karachi, Madrid, and San Francisco. You make changes on the pattern if necessary. You work along with the suppliers on the product development in terms of comfort and fitting until the production approval. You comment, accept, refuse, identify improvment aspects, the samples provided by the suppliers. You analyse regulary the performance of sampling room department of suppliers to implement an improvement process by training, standards and processes. You challenge the suppliers performance on the product development. You guarantee the implementation of the pattern projects, carcasses and Block Pattern, on your production zone.
Your profile : Modéliste, pattern maker, you have been working in the clothing industry for several years. You know how to fit and approve samples, to make patterns and how to assemble samples. You're used to work on CAD systems, computerized patterns on Lectra, or equivalent. Your ability to understand fashion trends and production processes will be the key of your success.
